Cairo – Mubasher: Canal Shipping Agencies’ Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) has decided to increase approved dividends for the fiscal year 2018/2019 to EGP 0.79 per share.

In September, the company’s board recommended a cash dividend distribution of EGP 0.74 per share for FY18/19.

The company’s capital reaches EGP 200 million, distributed over 200 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 1.

During the twelve-month period ended 30 June 2019, Canal Shipping Agencies logged a net profit of EGP 225.54 million.
